Procurement was a transactional function reporting to Finance. Tail spend was unmanaged across 470 active suppliers, and category strategy was non-existent.

Designed a category-led strategic sourcing model. Consolidated the supplier base to 180. Implemented TCO-based tenders, supplier scorecards, and a 13-week rolling S&OP.
